Reflecting on my behaviour notepad.

This Reflecting on my behaviour notepad has been designed as a tool to help children understand why they were behaving in a certain way and how their behaviour affected others.

It identifies their behaviour, how they were feeling, what happened and then what they could have done differently.

When you work through this together you can identify the link between their feelings/emotion at the time and their actions. You can identify steps to take to slowly change how they react to their emotion that are socially accepted.
